Youth Pride Day is an annual event that occurs in Dupont Circle each April/May in order to celebrate awareness, visibility and pride for LGBT youth and their allies. The event includes performances, games, speakers, t shirt spraying, resources, giveaways and more. Various LGBT groups and organizations also have booths set up around the circle. The trainings conducted with the YAC range from basic LGBT information to planning the logistics and activities that take place at Youth Pride Day. Outside youth and youth groups are welcome to participate in all trainings. This year marks the 18th annual celebration.
